The pandemic changed my life in ways I never imagined. Overnight, the normal things I used to do going to school, hanging out with friends, and enjoying time outside were replaced by staying at home and living with uncertainty. Our home became our classroom, and our comfort zone.
During this time, our school used modular learning instead of face-to-face classes. At first, I struggled a lot. The modules were sometimes hard to understand, and without a teacher beside me, learning felt heavier. There were days when I felt stressed because of the number of tasks I had to finish. I had to teach myself, manage my time better, and become responsible for my own progress.
Studying at home was not always easy. There were many distractions, and sometimes I lacked motivation. I missed my classmates, group activities, and the energy of the classroom. There were moments when I felt lonely and disconnected from the world. However, these challenges helped me grow. I learned patience, perseverance, and self-discipline.
The pandemic also helped me realize how important family is. Since we were always together at home, we learned to support one another more. We shared stories, laughter, and even struggles. Those moments made our bond stronger.
Although the pandemic brought pain and difficulties, it also brought valuable lessons. It taught me to be grateful for small things, to stay hopeful during hard times, and to keep moving forward no matter how tough the situation is.
